The film focusses on an article by a historical writer called John Prebble who also is the screenplay together with Endfield, the production director of the film. It was shot at the Diamond Films Limited Production and Embassy Pictures took an initiative to release the Zulu film at the 47th street; the Seventh Avenue and the 58th street; Third Avenue at the palace, as well as other theatres within the area of metropolitan. In addition, other actors that play major roles in the film include Kerry Jordan, Gert van den Berg, Gary Bond and Neil McCarthy. As the history records, there was so much anticolonial discordance and overwhelming racial tension in the period of 19th and early 2oth century. In this regard, Zulu film depicts the bloody and senseless battle which transpired in this era between the British soldiers and force of Zulu warriors in South Africa.
